All Returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense in original condition , with relevant tags attached . A Refund will not be issued unless goods are returned in this way unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned within 14 working days, along with the original receipt.
Any items returned after 14 days will have a credit note raised, rather than a full refund, unless the item is faulty
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class. recorded delivery when returning any item to us. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. Sales items are non refundable.
